As it turned out, I ended up making today a buffer day. My friend Janette drove back home to Miami, and I spent much of the day cleaning up, doing laundry, and all that class of domestic stuff.

Also included on the itinerary was a healthy dose of video games and television, and a soul-crushing day of school—I had to get back into the swing of things, after all.
