Last night was strange. I dozed off for a few hours, then woke up again around eleven not knowing what time, or even what day it was, took a shower and went out driving around. Later that night, I tried getting a proper sleep, but couldn’t, and ended up falling asleep around four in the morning, only to wake up at six to get ready for work.

Then I drove out into the haze seen in the photo above and somehow made it to work. It was pretty much dreary like this all day, and dark, and I remained kind of out of it. At three, we had a synchronized company Thanksgiving lunch with our D.C. office appearing via video conferencing. So, work basically ended two hours early.

Now, I’m getting the long weekend started. Four full days during which I can get things done. Lots of things.
