The weather’s mild, and the days are quiet. Perhaps I gravitate toward nature shots, and bright colors, and sharp focus when life is going well.

Ending an eight-month unemployment with a good job hasn’t changed anything fundamentally. I’m still aimless, just without having to think about bills. I want to go west, even though that’s where I came from. I’m on a road, but I don’t know which.

I’m getting up early and working late, because the project I’m working on is almost due. Since I’m hourly, that means more money. I shot this on my lunch break. It’s a disgusting mess, and also beautiful in a way.

I worked thirteen hours. I haven’t worked a day this long since my coffee shop days.

This is some rusted out thing in a parking lot I passed by. Nature always finds a way.

The moon was great, as seen here, shot in the early evening.

I woke early and had a walk before work. I wen for another walk on a trail after work. It’s lovely there.

Today verified that I met all the requirements for graduation. I’ve almost got my piece of paper.

I went out for a walk on a nearby trail today. This is a shot looking up at this 3,500 year old tree named The Senator. I believe it’s one of the oldest in the world. It’s incredible.
