It’s getting to be that time of year where the weather stops being so hot and you get more moody, foggy days like this. This is the best time of year.

The weather is cooling, so it’s beginning to feel like autumn. It’s my favorite part of the year; that in-between time after the end of summer, harvest time. I’ve only ever lived in cities, but I still find myself thinking of the harvest.

I went to a friend’s roller derby match. That place was like the past. Made me remember growing up in the 1980s.

Monday, I start the new job. Goodbye to one desk-job and hello to another.

It’s the last two weeks of this job.

It’s been relaxed around here lately.

Due to vacation, I’ll be working two days this week. Three days is probably the longest vacation I’ve had since I started working, but I’m not going anywhere, and those three days will be over before I know it.

I’ve had a few nights/early mornings with friends at Denny’s. Talking over coffee and breakfast in the middle of the night is special, and the moon was beautiful tonight.

Each day of the week has a certain vibe, and a corresponding color, to me. I follow the patterns and use them to keep track of where I stand.
